Returns

You have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Bespoke and Personalised Orders

Due to the custom nature of bespoke, personalised, and made-to-order products, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with a bespoke or personalised order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide details of the problem. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
