As our candles and home fragrance products are hand-poured and produced in small batches, slight variations in colour, appearance, fragrance strength, and finish may occur.

These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not constitute faults.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products; however, colours may appear differently depending on individual screen settings.

6. Bespoke and Personalised Orders

Bespoke, personalised, and made-to-order products are produced specifically to customer requirements.

Production times for bespoke orders may vary and customers should allow up to 14 days for fulfilment unless otherwise agreed.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
